2. Applications & Leasing

Applications are processed based on availability and are confirmed upon approval and receipt of required payments. Superior Center reserves the right to deny or cancel applications due to availability issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits may be refunded or credited as applicable.

Payment is due at the time stated in your lease agreement unless otherwise noted. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, or approved digital platforms. Access to suites may be withheld if outstanding balances remain unpaid.

By using our services, you agree to receive service-related communications (e.g., application updates). You may opt out of promotional content at any time.
7. Liability Waiver
Superior Center LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our facilities beyond the amounts paid under your lease agreement, except as required by law.
8. Code of Conduct & Safety
All tenants and visitors must adhere to our facility rules and conduct policies. Misuse of the property or violation of lease terms may result in termination of services.

10. Intellectual Property
